Working Principle

The ZLP 630-A Suspended Platform incorporates a suspension mechanism that can be set up on buildings. Driven by a powerful hoist system, the entire suspended platform moves vertically along steel ropes, allowing construction workers to access hard-to-reach areas with ease and precision.

 

As a replacement for traditional scaffolding, Ihurmo’s aerial work platform offers numerous advantages. Composition

The ZLP 630 Suspended Platform comprises five main components:

1. Working Platform: A frame-shaped aluminum alloy structure designed to carry construction operators and materials. It features an oxide film for rust and corrosion protection, is 60% lighter than steel platforms, and offers higher rated loading capacity with better anti-tilting performance. 
2. Hoist: Featuring die-casting aluminum housing, spring steel rope pulleys, and tin bronze worm gears, the hoist system ensures smooth and reliable operation. The LTD-series hoist can automatically recover from failures, increasing steel rope service life.
3. Safety Devices: Including safety locks, safety steel ropes, limit flanges, electromagnetic braking devices, centrifugal speed limiting devices, manual hoist lowering devices, and electrical emergency stop buttons, these features prioritize worker safety and prevent accidents.
4. Electrical System: Equipped with a control panel (available in multiple languages), sockets conforming to international standards, and high-tensile steel core electric cables for extended service life.
5. Suspension Mechanism: Composed of two independent steel frames and steel ropes, the suspension mechanism can be set up on building roofs. It features adjustable lengths, hot-galvanized components for corrosion resistance.
